T-Shirt/Cot Sheet Request For Continuing Students

All children must wear a class colored t-shirt to participate in GCDC outings.  If you would like to order a class colored T-shirt for the 2019-2020 school year,  please complete the form below.  You may request cot sheets below as well. 

Families of newly enrolling children do not need to complete this form.

Cot Sheets are $12 each.  T-Shirts are $10 each. We will bill your account and deduct the payment using tuition express. 

Please place your order by Friday, August 2nd.
